Refund Policy

1. Quick Summary

If you are charged and believe it was a mistake, contact us within 7 days of the charge at admin@pursuitbot.com with your account email and invoice details. We'll review and, if eligible, process a refund.

2. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Subscription Settings. When you cancel:

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
  • You won't be charged again after cancellation
  • You'll retain access to all features until your subscription expires
  • After expiration, you'll be moved to the Free plan

3. Refund Eligibility

We may issue refunds in the following cases:

  • Accidental or duplicate charges
  • Technical issues preventing service access
  • Charges after a cancellation request was submitted
  • First-time subscription charges within 7 days (case-by-case basis)

Note: Refunds are not automatically granted and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at: admin@pursuitbot.com

Please include the following information:

  • Your account email address
  • Invoice number or transaction ID
  • Date of the charge
  • Reason for the refund request

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2-3 business days.

5. Free Trial

We offer a 14-day free trial for the Starter plan. During the trial:

  • No payment information is required
  • Full access to Starter plan features
  • Cancel anytime before the trial ends
  • Automatic downgrade to Free plan if not upgraded
